If you already have a design we’re happy to share our thoughts and expertise in order to achieve a practical solution for the design in plastic. We’ll work together to refine the design using the right mould and most suitable plastic. We’ll be by your side right through to the final design.

Design of the mould

Once the design for your plastic part has been finalised, we go back to the drawing board. This time to very carefully develop the design and operation of the mould, down to the very last detail.

As an expert in de-moulding we know exactly what is required to engineer the mould so that your plastic part will end up precisely the right shape.

Suited to your products

The construction of the mould is not the only important element in producing a plastic part. The choice of material makes the difference as well.
For example, we may choose special alloy materials to extend the useful life of the mould and optimise the quality of the entire injection moulding process.
The drawing is done using the 3D CAD Software Inventor.

We use our experience to determine the best construction and de-moulding of the mould.
